History
dataFM began as a project to provide data communications on a local radio station in Ringgold, Georgia. dataFM quickly developed into a technology research and development company that culminated in the application of Radio Data System (see links) technology to the exploding business of emergency and disaster warning and communication. dataFM uses patented technology that provides unparalleled point to multi-point communication possibilities through FM radio. The emerging vision and mission of dataFM encompasses much more than originally conceived because the opportunity exists to provide a multiplicity of communication services on a local, national and global scale.

Today, the company's client list includes; Atlanta Fulton County Emergency Management Association (AFCEMA), Atlanta city schools, and MMRS of Atlanta. Additionally, the company provides services internationally to islands in the disaster prone Caribbean.
